He has worked closely with executive leadership across industry verticals to deliver scalable platforms, innovation strategies, and measurable business impact. A patent holder in cloud computing and a venture capital advisor, Sudeep also contributes as an advisor and speaker at UC Berkeley and California universities. He holds an MBA from Cornell University.
Monica Singhai

Monica serves as CFO and COO at Valutics, overseeing finance, compliance, operations, and strategic partnerships. A CPA with over 20 years of experience, she brings expertise in governance, audits, security, and regulatory alignment. She guides product feasibility, ethical AI, and information governance frameworks. Monica also leads people management, vendor relationships, and supports scalable delivery across AI, Cloud, and Business Consulting services with a focus on accountability and operational excellence.

Tanvi Ritwik is an accomplished product leader known for driving data and AI-powered transformation through customer-centric innovation. She brings expertise in product strategy, analytics, platform modernization, and enterprise adoption of AI & ML. Tanvi has led high-impact programs in strategy, scaled agile delivery, and Customer 360 solutions. She is an engineer from NIT and holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon, combining technical depth with strategic vision to deliver measurable value & customer impact.
